If you’d like to book 7 nights or more please contact us directly for a discount.
Rental rates are for the entire property.

If you are bringing a pet please let us know beforehand. There is an additional charge of £10 per pet.
Booking and Payment
Booking more than 28 days in advance
If booking with us more than 28 days in advance of your stay we will require a minimum deposit of £100 to secure your booking; this must be received within one week of the booking. We reserve the right to take other bookings if the deposit is not received within this time.
The full balance will be expected at least 28 days before your arrival and if not paid then we will consider the booking to be cancelled and the deposit may be retained.
Last Minute Booking (less than 28 days)
If your start date is within 28 days of booking then full payment will be expected within the week. If not received then we reserve the right to accept other bookings for these dates.
Cancellation Policy
If you cancel
In the event that we are able to rebook the accommodation after cancellation then we will be able to refund those amounts paid minus a £25.00 administration charge.
